Dr. Stephen O’Connell has been practicing medicine since 2004. He founded Serenity Rejuvenation Center in 2010, from a vantage point steeped in academic excellence where the science of medicine, the experience of learning, and the art of caring inspired the creation of a concierge medical practice dedicated to aspiring individuals to strive for the best version of themselves in (form, function, and self-concept). The Serenity Rejuvenation Center Team’s goal is to partner with our patients/clients in optimizing self-confidence thereby improving quality of life.

We are proud to have the opportunity to express gratitude in our community by offering PicoSure tattoo removal for cancer patients scarred by the battle wounds of fighting cancer in an attempt to improve the quality of the lives of the patients who have survived and in honor of those whom we have lost.
Serenity Rejuvenation Center has joined the elite group of over 120 board certified ASLMS members nationwide who have volunteered to remove radiation marks (a.k.a. tattoos) absolutely free of charge for cancer survivors so that they can have the new beginning they deserve.
